We are a 2 minute walk from Kings Cross train station which is 100 metres away. If you are arriving from the airport we can arrange for you to be brought here by shuttle bus. This is the cheapest way to travel to the hostel. What?

Travellers Rest is located in Kings Cross, in a quiet tree lined street, within walking distance to all the must see sites in Sydney. We have bars, cafes and super markets on our door step. Its close to the city and easy to get to Bondi Beach.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about Sydney. We would love to help you enjoy this fabulous city to its fullest.
Our rooms are well maintained and are sure to give you a comfortable nights rest.
We have free internet, free breakfast, free luggage storage, lovely clean rooms with telephones in the room to receive calls from home.
We work very hard to keep the hostel quiet at night so people can get a great nights sleep as well. The hostel has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. We have safe custody storage and a store room to hold your luggage on the day of departure. Female only dorms are also available.
We are open from 8:00AM to 6:00PM. If we have 24 hours notice, either by calling or email, we can check you in outside of these hours.
SPECIAL CHRISTMAS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Reservations may not begin after the 24th December 2008.
2. Reservations may not end before 2nd January 2009.
3. Between 24th December and 2nd January we will have limited office hours.
4. A minimum reservation of 10 nights is required.
5. The balance of the cost of accommodation will be deducted from your credit card when making the reservation. This will attract a 3% service fee for the credit card.
6 No refunds will be made.
7. Reservations or deposits cannot be transferred to other parties.
8. No changes to these conditions will be made unless in writing.
