From Heathrow Airport to Lambeth North Station
Walk to Heathrow Terminals 1-2-3. Take Piccadilly Line towards Cockfosters to Piccadilly Circus. Then, take the Bakerloo Line to Lambeth North. The entire journey will take approximately an hour.
From Victoria to Lambeth North Station
Take the Circle Line to Embankment. At Embankment transfer onto the Bakerloo line to Lambeth North. The journey will take approximately 15 mins.
From Gatwick Airport to Lambeth North Station
Take Thameslink Rail towards Bedford to London Bridge. Then take the Northern Line to Elephant and Castle. Transfer onto the Bakerloo Line to Lambeth North. The entire journey will take approximately 50 mins.
From Stanstead Airport to Lambeth North Station
Take the Stanstead Express train or bus to Liverpool Street Station. Take the Central Underground line to Bank and change to the Northern line. Head south to Elephant & Castle. Change to the Bakerloo line and get off at Lambeth North. The entire journey will take approximately 90 mins.
From Waterloo to Lambeth North Underground
Take the Bakerloo line towards Elephant and Castle to Lambeth North
From Luton Airport to Lambeth North Station
Walk to Luton Airport Parkway. Take Thameslink Rail towards Brighton to Farringdon. Then, take Metropolitan Line towards Aldgate to Moorgate. Transfer to the Northern Line to Elephant and Castle. At Elephant and Castle transfer onto the Bakerloo Line to Lambeth North. The entire journey will take approximately 80 mins.
From Lambeth North Underground to Bestplace 'Waterloo'
From Lambeth North Station, when you exit the station you will see a large Church, cross the road and walk past it so that it is on your left, you are now on Kennington Rd. Walk about 200 metres and you will see Cosser Street on your right (just behind Days Hotel)(if you get to a set of traffic lights you have gone to far), we are 20 metres down this road on the left. The hostel is within THE STEAM ENGINE PUB. WELCOME!!!!! What?

Located only a short walk from the London Eye as well as on the doorstep of Westminster 'Bestplace' in Waterloo is located within The Steam Engine' public house. The hostel is brand new so please forgive some minor improvement projects. We have finished most of them but we are always improving the Hostel and pub.'The Steam Engine' is a very well known pub in this area and we hope to show you a great time all night at our fun and fairly authentic British Pub style bar.
The hostel is only a 10 minute walk from the London Eye and we are so close to Lambeth North underground station you can be in Piccadilly Circus in only 15 minutes.
GREAT CENTRAL LOCATION!! Fantastic Aussie Pies +FREE POOL from midnight till dawn, all that and great accommodation...If your looking for cheap drinks an all night bar, to get silly with great staff and wake up with only a short (beautiful) walk to downtown were the 'Bestplace for you'
