We have Budget, Family & Luxury Apartments ideally located near Hyde Park, Kensington Palace and Harrods.
Situated in a lovely tranquil garden square just off High St Kensington we are in an ideal location for both the Business Traveller and the Holiday Maker.
Each of our fourteen apartments are well appointed and provide a welcome base in London. Reception is manned Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, and Saturday 10am - 5pm. Please note: No arrival after 8pm. If you plan to arrive between 6 and 8pm you must notify us before 5.30pm.
PLEASE NOTE: We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Once you check in it is not possible to modify your reservation unless you give 24 hours notice. Once you have checked in, no refunds will be given.
There is a daily maid service Monday to Friday. Other services include:

- Satellite TV, Direct Dial Telephone.Washer/Dryers in all Apartments except budget and standard apartments.
